Sharing your QR is not silent. If someone tries to pass it on, you get a QR share alert. You can also set a scan limit so the code stops after a number of uses you choose.
No. Adding someone to a Locksee group or group call does not show their number, profile, or QR to the rest of the room. Members cannot browse each other like a directory.
